No sales tactics, pressure, or gimmicks. We were given the freedom to test out the vehicles without anyone hovering over us. Steven worked with us and I couldn’t imagine a better experience. We found a car that is just what we were looking for. We got to see the CarFax report. I’ve been to big dealerships and never felt comfortable working with them. Steven was very transparent and honest with us. We’re very happy with the decision we’ve made.
