No frame damage was reported. We do not have any pictures or any more details of the vehicle when it was damaged, we are going based off the carfax report since we have received it in its current condition as it is. Their business hours are great. I spoke to a gentleman at that location. He gave me great advice on the SUV’s I should look into. They have a no pressure approach, unlike other smaller dealerships. You can tell they run a transparent business. I met a past buyer that purchased a vehicle from them &was told he had a less stressful &better, honest experience than anywhere else with a reliable car. I recommend this place to anyone that asks. Can’t wait to buy a vehicle soon from them.
Bought a one owner 2005.5 Audi A4 in great condition with low miles. The employees there don’t hunt you down and try make a sale like big dealerships. The Ford dealership I was at prior has the sales lady begging me to buy anything as I tried to leave. None of that here. They treat you like adults and don’t babysit you while you’re on a test drive. My bank has a longer process of authorizing their checks but the owner Ron waited on a three way call with the bank to get it sorted out. The process was pretty smooth and easy. The only criticism I have is adding some background music in the office to make it feel more welcoming. Silence gets a little awkward.
