Gail, 'my' advisor was fantastic! She let me in and got me started a little early rather than have me wait outside. She stayed in constant contact, proactively keeping abreast of the progress along the way. If she couldn't reach me by text, she called. I didn't have to chase them down, not once, (which was my experience at the prior dealership). They didn't have a couple of parts that were needed to complete my service. I asked and she delivered, escalated my request to get the parts needed resulting in my service being completed same day vs. having to come back the next day. She also searched for discounts that could be applied. I truly felt like like a valued customer, as if they actually appreciated my business. Thank you Gail!! ... and thank you to the team who performed the maintenance. She's riding wonderfully!
Can't speak to the garage or other service. This is focused on sales only. We had the best buying experience ever. There was no update, no pushy and plenty of privacy given by our sales person, Enrique. Enrique is so easy going and understands purchasing of a vehicle is not like, as he puts it, buying a cup of coffee. Enrique was so pleasant to take to and offered us privacy when needed. Such a comfortable experience we had throughout the process.
Criswell Nissan's service advisor Gail was very helpful and guided the process from beginning to end. It was an extensive maintenance of a 10 year old Rogue with over 100 k miles. A shuttle was provided to take me home and return later that day. I was very pleased with the way the car handled on the way home. Before I left to go home Gail went over every line in the service statement. I will be going back to Criswell Nissan for future service on my Rogue.
