2017 Nissan Maxima 3.5 S

My customer service experience at Nissan of Olathe was exceptional. The issue and area of concern with my vehicle was identified expeditiously and rectified in a timely manner. I would like to commend all team members in the service department for going above and beyond expectations. They saved the day in regards to correcting and mitigating the service issue with my vehicle. Five star service across the board. Another highly satisfied customer who will definitely recommend Nissan of Olathe to everyone I know! Strong ???? work! Killing it!

Had the best experience at Nissan of Olathe! Zach was incredible and able to answer ALL my questions (and I had a lot). He was very patient and explained things so I would understand them. This was the first time I bought a car by myself and he made it feel like a breeze. Not only that, but they even negotiated the price to make the car I wanted within my budget! AND gave me a great deal on warranty. Zach’s character is honest and kind. At the end of our deal, I mentioned that I was going to get phone holder so I could see my phone for navigation - Zach ended up just giving me one of his personal ones that he didn’t use anymore! Little things like that make a big difference. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Nissan of Olathe. Everyone was so kind and helpful and I’m very appreciative of that. I was helped by Tim and Rachel and they were so nice! I will definitely be back in the future 10/10. Tim helped me set up my appointment and he was more than willing to answer any of my questions. Rachel had a such a fun personality and was so incredibly kind and helpful as well!
