2018 Nissan Maxima S

Went car shopping on during Memorial Day weekend. One dealer barely gave us the time of day. Then went to Poughkeepsie Nissan. As luck would have it we were met by Matt Daddona. Matt was very helpful in narrowing down our needs and selections. He even brought our dog some water on that very warm day! We did settle on a smooth purchase with an excellent loan rate . Brittany was very helpful with purchasing my vehicle, and even helped with insurance quotes. I raised concerns with the vehicles brakes and she had them check it immediately in the service department (they were recently replaced but just had some lot rust which remedied itself.) Additionally, she delivered the vehicle to my house, 2.5 hours away, free of charge. She continuously exceeded my expectations. 5 stars. However, the finance manager needs to accept “no, thank you” the first time I decline additional coverage. Please don”t try and sell me a warranty I already said no to. I explained I was sold a $3000 warranty on my last vehicle, and didn’t use it. He proceeded to tell me a $3000 warranty would cover a $50000 vehicle (this was a $15000 vehicle), but he is able to get the warranty he offered me on my $18,000 purchase down to $2,800. Just accept the “no” the first time, I don’t have to explain myself. Other than that he was great. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely purchase from Poughkeepsie Nissan again.

I always dread walking into a car dealership.. but when I met John Mahoney in sales, Joe and Richie from finance.. I felt like wow this is not my usual experience when I walk into a dealership.. I was alone and I felt like here we go.. they are going to take advantage of me and screw me over, but not the case at all!! It was the best experience ever and John M. knew exactly what I wanted and knew my budget .. he pointed to this car and said this is yours.. i hesitated and looked around still, but he was right .. this car was for me!! they worked with me and were super helpful.. I am finally financing a car and not leasing anymore (love my new cars every three years, but rather finance with the way things are right now). They were excellent to deal with and I felt so comfortable!! I also called service to ask a question the next day and they were super nice as well.. This is by far, the best dealership I ever dealt with .... having low prices and awesome customer service.!!! They take their time with you and totally work with you in whatever situation you are in.. !!! Thank you again and I will be back for my next car.!!!
