I was honestly shocked at what an easy and pleasant experience buying a car from TCF was. I'm a new mom and was on the hunt for a specific vehicle. Living over an hour away, I was able to complete most of the process online and over the phone rather than sitting in a dealership for hours with a three month old. TCF streamlined the process so seamlessly that when Menachem told me we were all set I said "no way." The vehicle is perfect and exactly what I wanted but much more importantly, the customer service experience was elite. Menachem made everything so easy and the last couple of cars I bought seemed like endless hours of signing and sitting. He wrapped up my Jeep in a phone call, a handful of texts, a couple of emails, and 30 minutes in the office (which would have been less if we weren't moving the car seat over.) Time with a fussy baby is of utmost importance and making this purchase quick and stress free is so appreciated.
