Everything went well except when I got home. Showing off my new vehicle to my wife, I found a manufacturer applied label on the driver side B pillar had been partially removed and there's a stain on the right side brake light that won't come on. I called immediately and left a message for Carlos that has not been returned. I called yesterday and spoke to Greg who researched and claimed the detailers pressure washed my truck and peeled off the label. Why was it not brought to my attention immediately before I took possession? Turns out the label was found, it's the tow capacity label, and I was told it cannot be ordered.
I've been doing business with Stone for 30 years. They are professional and locally owned. No pressure sales. They let the buyers look, and that's what I love. David Weemes is really great!
The entire process was smooth from making my appointment until I left with my car. I was offered rides and the service process was transparent. Although the service was unable to be completed Tom made sure I had all the info I needed, prepared me for what was upcoming and ordered the replacement part I needed.
