2019 Nissan Maxima Platinum

This review is for the service department. I quit smoking 5 days ago, and wanted to get rid of any tobacco odor and ashes in my car as my sense of smell is super sensitive now. I made an appointment to get my car detailed. When it was time to pick up my car, I thought I accidentally entered a brand new car! Super clean inside and out, shiny, and smells great! Excellent job guys! Extremely happy customer here.

I had a really good experience with them so far! They were very pleasant and made sure everything was good with the car. They made sure the registration was good and made arrangements for new license plates. They will answer your questions. The only down fall is the warranty is only covered at their location and they book out close to two weeks. That is my only frustration. I bought this car when I needed one right away. I would just say make sure you take your time. However, they will do what they can to help which is the difference from other dealerships.
