I can't say better things about the owner, Duke, his family, and their dealership. Wow! What a great experience with Charlotte Auto Group, Inc! Michele, Cody and Cooper were so helpful and polite through every step of the purchasing process. After attempting to work with other dealerships during my search for a Honda Odyssey, I was losing faith in the industry, but immediately after walking in the door and speaking to Michele, Cooper and Cody, I was proven wrong - GOOD dealerships and GOOD sales people still exist! They gave us full reign of the cars to look them over without hovering and after we made a decision, they even stayed past closing on a Saturday evening to process everything for us so we didn't have to drive back the following week.
