Let me Tell you about Mr. Roland Johnson, he is sincere and genuine. He does whatever he needs to do to get his customer into their vehicle. He was patient and kind and understanding of my situation. I appreciate him for everything he did to get me into my toyota. I THINK HE DEFINITELY DESERVES A RAISE!!! I appreciate everyone there. If you are looking for fellow Honda enthusiast. Look no further! Come see Chris Frazier at the Hendrick Honda Easley service center. He really knows his Honda's as well as which shop tech will be best suited to turn wrenches on your ride. Al, Jacob, and Ethan are great shop techs! Also, If Chis recommends an additional service for your vehicle, please take it into serious consideration. I took his advice on additional services and now my 2010 Civic Si runs like it's brand spanking new again! Spending a little extra now, will save you fortunes in the long run. Walked in to schedule an appointment. Reception was very polite and friendly. Brought my car in and found there was some miscommunication about the shuttle option. Chuck in the service department personally drove me to work, then performed the servicing of my car in a timely manner. Going above and beyond with excellence. I’ll be coming back for my future needs.
