Alex and the folks at Mark Jacobson have changed my mind about car dealerships. I stopped by without an appointment and I wasn’t sure what car I even wanted. My van was old and needed replaced but I wasn’t in any rush. I was given a very competitive trade in value for my van in only 15 minutes and when I asked to compare the Grand Highlander Hybrid with the gas turbo model they had had both to drive on the same day.
