My son's mother in law was in town from New York for the w/e a couple years ago. Her car died Sunday night just before she was ready to head back to New York. My neighbor recommended I see Tim, which I did Monday morning. Bad news the Transmission! Tim coordinated the rebuilding of her transmission with another reputable company in Wakefield. Tim went above & beyond what I expected. He took care of everything pickup, delivery, and the return and test drive of her car. Son's mother in-law was thrilled with Tim and his efforts, especially where she was an out of towner and nervous about being take advantage of. 2 years later and no issues with the rebuilt transmission. Tim went out of his way to help, he is sincere, honest, and runs reputable repair shop. Tim, Thank you for such a great first experience.

I have been going to Danvers Automotive about a year and wish I found this place sooner. The owner, Tim, is very helpful, always does a great job and takes the time to explain any issues with the car. Last month my car engine light came on and was running roughly. I brought it down and Tim said he would look at it. I know it was last minute and he was very busy but he did check it out that day and called me. He saw the wires looked to be chewed by rodents. He changed some wires and the car was still not responding. He then said the car’s computer may have been shorted out and no longer working. I have a 2009 Toyota. Tim checked with multiple places to find a part to replace the old one. It was quite a challenge for him to find it, but he was determined to get my car working. Once he found a place that had the part and he received and installed it, he was able to get it running. I am impressed and appreciate the effort and time he put into it. I know it wasn’t easy but it is truly refreshing to see someone care and proud of his work and business. Thanks to Tim I am happy to have my 15-year-old car running well. Danvers Automotive is the best!!

We are absolutely thrilled with the service we received at Danvers Automotive! Our communication with the owner Tim was excellent! He kept us well informed on what was needed, coordinated repairing the muffler with another service center. Actually drove the car there and also drove our car to get sticker! Tim and his crew saved us a lot of time and running around. The car is running quietly and smooth. This is how a business should be run. Excellent service, price and attitude. Thank you Danvers Automotive!
