Initially, I was very encouraged when I drove onto the lot with the overall selection available... much better than any "big dealerships" we visited. Turner is very outgoing and helpful. He was very helpful and easy to contact during the process, lining up vehicles we were interested in seeing and test driving. We live 1 hour away from this dealership and he was very accommodating. Everything during the purchase was seamless, willing to work with us in putting together a mutually beneficial deal. Financing was easy and quick. Even the Owner/Manager of the dealership came out on both of our visits to let us know he was interested in us and earning our business. The follow-up after the sale has been great to be sure we have been happy with our vehicle. I would recommend them over anywhere else we visited due to the smaller dealership and their interest in earning our business. I would highly recommend these folks!

Ricky helped me and my boyfriend buy a car today, and he went above and beyond. I was not expecting to buy a car today, as I wasn’t sure what financing would look like. We first met him in the lot, and he explained the car buying procrss in about a minute. Within 2 hours, he had me driving home in an affordable, great condition lightly used car. Ricky was helpful on the lot, and in the office. When I couldn’t seem to spot a car in the lot, he located one on his computer that was exactly what I was looking for. Then his manager and financing manager were absolutely amazing and professional as well. The process was quick and smooth. I would recommend this Plaza for your car buying needs. And if you get to work with Ricky, expect nothing but a professional yet fun, and smooth process.

I’ve never had any experience with universal before I’ve always gone to big dealerships for vehicles and after this experience im only angry I didn’t come here sooner. They have a great staff. Everyone there was helpful and responsive to any questions I had. The truck I got was below kbb price , as well as almost every other car they have. it seems they’re out to help people rather than make things hard. Tanya was great to me and got me in my truck, and the manager Randy was awesome , I would recommend this place to everyone just based on management alone.
