Finance was a breeze and the process was super streamlined. Under 2hrs from arrival to leaving with keys and car in hand. I just bought a new car at Totoya of Orange. I went on a Saturday to look at a car in stock I was interested in, I met with Luis Solares at the Fleet Sales building. He was so helpful and answered every question I had, but I needed to go home to think about it and discuss with my husband. I reached out 2 days later to tell him I was ready to buy it, but the car had sold to someone else the night before! Luis worked hard to find me the same car with the same features at another dealership and had it brought to Orange for me to buy it. Once I got to the dealership, the whole process was pretty quick and easy. Adrian was the finance guy I met with, he was awesome too! I am now the proud owner of a 2024 RAV4.
