2016 Nissan Altima 2.5 S

We were hearing scary noises from under my car coming back from a long road trip, and we still had an hour to go. I pulled into the only place there was to turn into, a U haul place, and saw there was a big piece of metal dangling under my car by one screw. I had no tools or knowledge of cars, but I knew I couldn't drive like this. A very nice guy came out of the business, quickly and expertly assessed the situation, got tools, removed the dangling metal, and secured the plastic underneath so we were safe to drive home. He wouldn't take any payment! We need more nice guys like this one in the world! And he knew what he was doing and came up with an ingenuous quick fix. Five stars!

We were in trouble, car trouble on the highway so we pulled over by South Mountain Auto. Super kind business owner came to our rescue, fixed the problem so our car was drivable. He wouldn’t take a dime. Based on his knowledge, character and work ethic I would recommend doing business with him! We were very grateful!!

Was going through a tough situation with transportation. Didn't know how I was going to get back and forth to work. Called South Mountain Auto and was riding home in a very reliable vehicle the same day. Great customer service and very helpful through the process.
