2017 Nissan Altima 2.5 S

I purchased a first car for my son a couple months back at FDR. The people there were very easy to work with, and made the process easy. The car itself was super clean and drove well. A couple weeks in, a significant issue arose, that required very expensive repairs. While it was inconvenient, FDR stepped right in to make it right. FDR spent many hours and a significant amount of money to make sure everything was fixed correctly. The car has been great ever since, and my son loves the car. I would recommend FDR to anyone simply from my positive experience.

I bought a jeep from this place and after a few days later it started overheating.Frank and the entire staff at FDR was on top of the situation. Instead of putting a band aid on the problem to get me by the warranty they did a complete Diagnostic on the engine and determined that it was is the best interest of the customer (me) that it was better to replace the engine. I’ve never seen such honesty in a dealership. If I ever need to buy another car this is the place I will go . They have done everything to try to make the situation right for me also loaning me a car no charge until my car is complete.
