Had a great experience buying a 2024 Santa Fe here. We were able to have a respectful and professional negotiation process with no high pressure sales tactics or other things that generally make car buying unpleasant. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. Initial call to Henry the salesman was very informative. He had to investigate and call me back with information. He did so incredibly quickly and returned calls as stated. He was available to meet with me at store opening and quickly walked through all processes. Met with Ali to complete financing documents and my new car was detailed and fueled at that time. Cleaned my last few things out of my trade in vehicle and was given a thorough walk through of the new Sonata. Overall I would very happily work with them again and will definitely look to the Tonkin Hyundai team of dealerships for my next vehicle purchase. Will definitely recommend to family and friends as being worth the drive from Coos Bay to be treated well!
They replaced my 2014 santa fe sport engine under recall in 20 days and covered the loaner. Pleasure working with Mary at the service desk to resolve the recall. Would recommend going out of your way to come to this dealership.
