First things first, the people who run and operate this business are some of the most understanding people I’ve ever met. If you work with them, they work with you. I can't say enough good things about Galaxy Motors. They truly went above and beyond for me, especially during a difficult time. After I totaled my car, their primary concern was my well-being, not the vehicle. Their compassion and understanding made a world of difference. They worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was taken care of and helped me get back on my feet. If you're looking for a company that genuinely cares about its customers, look no further. If you don’t know what you’re getting into with a pay here buy here dealership, just don’t go!! Galaxy was upfront with the whole process and I was upfront with them as well. There was no fees I wasn’t expecting and we knew our down payment going in!!! Laz, Joey and everyone there were professional and very enjoyable to work with. They are very transparent with what insurance companies they accept and they need to be as a business. We came in on a Monday late afternoon to look the BMW that we were interested in, asked about a lower down payment and on Wednesday we had the answer. Same week, Thursday we purchased with absolutely no issues and no worries!! Little over 2 hours and we were completely done, test drives, paperwork, down payment and insurance and we were done. Huge shout out to LAZ, knowledge of the process and the vehicle!! Very nice vehicles compared to other dealerships. See you soon!!
