2013 Nissan Leaf

I called on a Sunday and surprisingly someone answered the phone as they are closed on Sundays. I explained that we would be driving 5.5 hours to look at a car on their lot the following morning. We were promised the car would be there Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. when the doors opened, and they awaited our arrival. Jose was awesome to work with and the dealership gave us a very fair deal on the car. We were in and out in no time and the car drives great! We couldn’t be happier with the car and the entire experience!

Came to check out the car I found online on a Monday afternoon, they agreed to stay later so I could check out the car since I got off work late. Went to the bank Nikki recommended next day, got approved on the spot for a loan and got into my vehicle same day. AutoMax stayed later again since I got my loan later in the day. Got emissions and insurance done, and AutoMax took care of all the DMV stuff. If you have a pre-approved loan in hand you’ll be done with the entire process same day, and have your license plate in a day or so. Car is in amazing condition and runs great.

We had a great experience with Troy. He followed up with me on the phone, confirmed the vehicle we were interested in, cleared off the snow on the car, and even had it washed before we came in. The car had been inspected for cleanliness and safety, and they had all the carfax readily available. He was very kind and professional. Troy was very understanding of our budget and was willing to work with us. My wife and I are very pleased with our experience, and we love our new (to us) car!
