I was inquiring about a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer and was contacted immediately by William "Billy" Emerson. Billy was quick in helping me schedule a time to come look at the car and was very flexible with my availability. We were able to set up a time for me to take a look and test drive the car with my family. Billy was very welcoming and made me feel very relaxed and chill during the entire process. He simply answered questions and got to know my family and I better and had a strong connection with my father.
