Often times buying a car can be very stressful. That was not the case at Carousel Nissan. The entire process was extremely easy and efficient and no stress or pressure. I would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them!
Recently (December 2023) I had to purchase a new car and I would absolutely recommend going to Carousel Nissan! I worked with Trent there, he was patient with all of my questions and zero-pressure on anything presented. He made the entire purchase process very smooth, making sure I was getting the features I wanted and he let me take the time to be sure I was confident about going through with the purchase. The entire staff was great, I even went in for an extra test drive and had no problems getting one. Also, I'm kind of picky with my purchases. So after a few days with the car I noticed a small but annoying problem with the hood where it was misshapen (it likely came from the factory that way). They corrected the issue without question and at no cost to me, working it in during an appointment for a dash cam I had wanted installed. Really, just had a great experience there and would recommend them to anyone!
