Our experience with Nate was first class. He is very thorough and responds quickly. He gets five stars. Teagan? the tech young lady was excellent, she took plenty of time to explain and help us. She gets five stars. I do think you are missing an opportunity on the warranty process. I think instead of waiting until the final paper is to be completed a customer should be presented this ahead of time so it can be reviewed with what it is and the price. I think waiting until the end might be good for some but for those of us that like to process and study information that is the wrong time. That part of the buying process was the most unpleasant part of the process. Nothing against Zach but I think it was not the right approach to customer service.
