I was able to complete the paperwork on-line and have the car delivered to my home within just a few hours, never setting foot in the dealership. No long negotiations, no pressure tactics. Recently bought a new vehicle from dealership. Absolutely great buying experience. Brayan is great to work with, helped us through the process and had the vehicle ready before we got there. Took my girlfriend's Sonata in for a possible extended-warranty claim on a tail light issue. Michelle was welcoming, personable, and helpful from the start. Turned out not to be the major job we thought it was going to be, but they had it resolved and got us the car back within hours of dropping it off. They also gave us a very fair break on the price, given it being a simpler fix than anticipated. Overall couldn't have been an easier experience, all things considered.
