What an amazing experience! We have purchased a number of cars and have ran the whole gamut of experiences from personable, to awful. I initially had an unfortunate situation happen at this dealership and wrote a negative review, however, Roger and the service team went above and beyond to make it right and help me the best they could. My complaint and frustration was due to my vehicle not operating properly and having warranties expire, it had nothing to do with the the Woodmen Nissan service team. They are a great group of people and truly do their best to make sure you have a pleasant experience. They can only do so much in regard to warranties but, they are extremely compassionate and willing to help any way they can. I highly recommend taking your Nissan to this location for service.
Hermon was a great service advisor very professional and kept me informed the whole way through. Everyone one who helped was very nice and professional. They greeted me with professionalism care and respect. Made me feel confident in leaving my vehicle with them for service. Highly recommended. And they even gave me a car wash! .
