I recently purchased a new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Mirak Hyundai in Arlington. My salesperson was Michael Carias who was super nice. He is actually relatively new to Sales having worked in other areas of the dealership but was not pushy at all. In fact, everyone I met at Mirak was easy to work with including Jimmy (Sales Manager) and Stephen (Finance Manager). I actually wasn't planning on purchasing the vehicle right away, but I liked the Tucson after driving it and the negotiations went well that I felt comfortable with the final purchase. Mike even got me new floor liners which did not come with the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership when looking at new or used vehicles from Chevrolet, Genesis, and Hyundai.
First service at mirak... the online appointment booking system was great. Very user friendly. I dropped my Traverse off early... very pleasant gentleman took care of me. I got a follow up call from the service advisor... and an electronic checkup document. Warranty service was excellent and transparent. All work was performed as requested.
I recently took my car there for its first service. Chris at the service desk, is a very professional and genuine person, it is hard to find that combination in these days. He explain to me the process - my options, possible outcomes and in each case what I might have pay in advance with is calm manner. He even gave me some advise that in a way I can prevent unnecessary expenses.. I felt a professional friend helping me in fair relationship. Not like a manipulative sells man talking with me. Thanks a lot Chris. Well done! The whole process was quick, and easy. I’ll be definitely coming back there for my next service
