2019 Nissan Frontier 4.0 SV Crew Cab 4WD Auto SWB

I bought a 2015 Jeep Sahara and it came with a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. I was in and out of there in less than an hour and a half. Great customer service.

I purchased a 2012 F-150 on April 1st. A few days later I noticed that I only had heat on the driverside , when the AC was used it did not blow cold air on the passenger side only driver side. I called Sara and informed her of the problem. She told me to take it to the local garage that they use , where the problem would be fixed as it was still covered under the 30 day warranty. On the day that I had my appointment to go the the garage , I noticed I was leaking antifreeze. (Wonderful) when I showed up to the garage I asked them if they could check why it was leaking. Come to find out I had a bad head gasket. I called Sara and told her my situation , she was just as surprised as I was. However she informed me that this would be covered under the 30 day warranty and not to worry. I definitely would recommend snell auto for your next vehicle purchase. I'm sure I will be a returning customer when the time comes for another vehicle.

5 star experience! I have bought many cars and never had the pleasure to work with such nice sales staff. They made this experience so simple. My husband drove past the Horseheads car lot, noticed a Jeep that our daughter has been asking for. Stopped in right before they closed on Thursday gave Jason and Abigail all his information. Unfortunately he called me at work around 12:30 Friday and asked me to call Abigail to give her more information. With in a hour we heard back and the car was ours. Friday evening after work I stopped up to sign papers and to surprise our daughter with her new Jeep. We pulled in the lot around 5:15 Friday night. They had her Jeep all cleaned and made sure it had a full tank of gas and handed her a DD gift card.....well there is more. We live in Pa. Licensing and tittling a vehicle is different in PA then NY. They gave us a dealer plate and a check to take to our notary first thing Saturday morning. Not knowing who we were and meeting them 10 minutes prior we were able to drive away Friday evening with our new Jeep. Making our daughter dreams come true. I am have never meet a group of people that went over the top to make this so simple. When I am ready to upgrade my vehicle I will be stopping by Snell automotive. 5 stars service!
