The family that owns Rock Auto are very friendly, helpful, understanding, and easy to work with. My Truck was stolen and I was in Tacoma looking at several other vehicals. nothing was as nice as what I used to have. Disappointed, I was heading home and saw a beautiful SUV in front of the store. I stopped in and met everybody, took it for a test, drive, check it out, and it was super nice. So they made it easy for me to buy and it was a great experience!

As a neighbor, I was out walking the neighborhood and I came across rock auto. D’Angelo was very inviting and informative as he and I spoke about two different vehicles on the lot. We discussed some options about them. He was very knowledgeable and approachable. I am thankful for a few minutes of his time he gave me as they were very informative. Perhaps I will maybe buy a car from him and the near future.
