L.G. Francis and Cody seemed to be helpful and pleasant when answering the phone or taking a payment. Never gave grief on the one time I paid one day late. Purchasing my Chevy Spark was super simple! I showed up, picked the car, test drove and we were finished with entire purchase in 20 min. Perfection! And 2 years later when I wanted to pay it off in full, Cody was amazing and knocked $700 off the final payoff amount. Done! I was very happy. I’ve given GDOW great reviews, word of mouth, etc.
