I found Herman Cook’s service department by necessity over not being able to get recalls done on my ID4 from the place I purchased the car. Since using Herman Cook (now three times) they have been outstanding. I was told they were very good and Herman Cook service department has exceeded my expectations. In all my years of buying cars, I have never had a better experience then I had at Herman Cook VW.
