Had like an amazing experience at Larry Roesch VW! It’s the people that make or break a business and the people here are TOP NOTCH! Ken, the manger is a great example of leadership setting the standard and walking the walk. He was very friendly and made you feel like you’re part of the family. The Finance Director, Marijana is the best of the best. She took extra time to show me every single option, extended warranties, tire packages etc without making me feel like I was having a vacation time share crammed down my throat. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and an overall amazing person. I purchased a brand new Tiguan and couldn’t be happier. They definitely earned a customer for life! Thank you again!

My wife got into an accident that totaled our car. Thankfully she was okay, car not so much. We were put into a time crunch to get a new car. She expressed that she liked the Volkswagen Tiguan, so our son and I walked into Larry Roesch just to look and see what they had. We were greeted by Kevin and he was extremely helpful. He knew what was available in stock after giving him a couple of requirements given to me by my wife. Kevin pulled in the car that he originally showed me on the computer and gave us the ins and outs of the car like it was his own. He was by far the best and easiest sales person that I have dealt with. He gave us time to FaceTime my wife to initially show her the car, but was there to answer any questions. My wife came in the next day to look at it in person and test drive it and she even said he was very pleasant to be around. We gave Kevin our budget and he and Marijana were able to come in exactly where we needed to be with the extras. Marijana was also great to deal with. Both Kevin and Marijana included our 6 year old son during this whole process. It was by far the greatest experience and I've already told family and coworkers about it. We will definitely be back (hopefully not too soon).
