Jaafar was the General Manager working with Stephen and I was very satisfied with his efforts on my behalf. He also answered all of my questions which was very helpful. Abdul was the Finance Manager who worked with me to complete all the necessary paperwork. He was a pleasure to work with, and I appreciated his thorough explanations. I usually don’t purchase extended warranties, but he did a great job explaining the benefits, and I ended up very happy with my decision to get the warranty. I have always been happy with my purchase and service experience at Mazda Wesley Chapel and today was another example of why I continue to do business with them!
