2023 Volkswagen Atlas 2.0T SE w/Tech 4MOTION

I keep forgetting to write a review about the experience I had with these guys a month or two ago- They really helped me out. Long story short, my regular car guy is in a different city. My Jeep's battery started dying as I was driving one night, right in front of their Chevy building, so I just pulled in and left it there, hoping they could help me out tomorrow. They did- they moved my car over to the Jeep building and quoted me on a battery/alternator. My car guy said they gave me a fair price, so I went for it, and then the final bill actually ended up being a couple hundred dollars cheaper than what they quoted me! This situation could have been waaay more stressful, and I'm grateful for the way it was handled.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Burtness and the whole experience was easy and hassle free. We first contacted them through email to inquire about a vehicle and they worked with us to find rebates that made purchasing the car easier. When we arrived to pick up the car they informed us that they had found further rebates to apply to our savings!!! They were knowledgeable, quick, and generous. Our experience was definitely worth a five star rating and we would recommend using them.

Brad did everything to insure the car was ready for a test drive to meet our timeline. Took care of us throughout the deal.
