2024 Volkswagen Atlas 2.0T SE 4MOTION

I went in for maintenance and problems that I knew I had to get fixed. I had a feeling that I was going to need more than I was told prior to which in turn was true. Instead of them pressuring me to get the car fixed they suggest I talk to a salesman who was really nice really polite and help me get into a better car. No one wants to hear their engine has gone up but it was great that I had such professional and kind people there to assist me in a hard time.

My experience at Jerry's was most amazing. I felt defeated walking into my fourth dealership that week. When I walked into Jerry's, I was greeted with smiles!!! We had an amazing sales person A.C. then the manager came over to say hi. He was also friendly and so helpful. They went above and beyond . They gave great service and made me feel special. The finance manager Corey was great also. I left feeling so happy to get the car I wanted. They all made what I thought was impossible.. possible. It is true at Jerry's "it's all about you" !

Was the best experience so far purchasing a vehicle. Polite and attentative to my needs for others in my family. George my family and I would like to personally thank you from the bottom of our heart. Susan the finance manager she was very determined and very resourceful. We greatly appreciate both of you sooo much. Hands down a great team work there.
