2023 Volkswagen ID.4 PRO S AWD

We had an amazing experience purchasing our 2024 ID4 Pro at McDonald VW. Rick, Jason and Sam took excellent care of us, and all of the staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Rod the director clearly has built an amazing team at McDonald. Rick and Jason did the work to ensure we got the deal we needed to make this purchase make sense to us and helped to get us into the car we really wanted as opposed to a car we would have to settle for. Rick was responsive and helpful all week to my questions and thoughts via text message, and went above and beyond when we needed a ride to the bank. The new VW building is beautiful and comfortable, with wireless phone chargers and plenty of work stations/entertainment while waiting. We're so excited about our new vehicle and we know if we have any issues the guys at McDonald will help us out. Thanks for a terrific experience.

So happy I went here, Uriel was super welcoming and beyond patient as I decided which car I wanted. I visited twice and he was stand up both times. He was able to help me figure out what worked for my budget and lifestyle. The whole gang there (Uriel, Sam, Rodney, Enrico) were really wonderful, no pressure just information, talking through it and making sure you're happy. I was in a rental so they worked with me to get get both cars back to where I live, so grateful and appreciative of all the time they spent on me. Very much recommend visiting if you're in the market. The car is also so slick id4 and such a great drive. Thanks guys!
