I knew what I wanted, a 2021 GTI SE, I contacted them Via Capitol One Auto Navigator. I was pre-approved by Capitol One with what I thought was a great, or " as good as it gets" interest rate. AJ contacted me with in 5 minutes, he called me and discussed the car for a minute or two. I decided to go and have a look at it. When I got there, The car was already waiting by the front doors, and running. We went over some numbers, a little back and forth, then we took it for a ride. I already knew I wanted this GTI and so did AJ. Also, they found me an even better interest rate, from another well known trusted bank, than the one I walked in with. The process of buying this car from this dealership was the fastest I have ever experienced. Not kidding, I bought 2 cars from a dealer in Rahway. Between the 2 deals it took 11/12 hours. I was at Burlington VW for maybe 2 hours, 3 tops. A good portion of the was cleaning out my old car. Speaking of my old car, they were very generous in their offer for my 2015 GTI. I happily accepted. When I was looking at the paperwork a little closer a day and a half later, I noticed something in the paper work that wasn't agreed upon, regarding warranty. I contacted Meredith ( the manager I believe) and I explained in an email my displeasure and confusion regarding the matter. I'm not gonna lie, I thought I was "got" by another sleezy dealer tactic. I have never been so happy to be wrong. She explained that I did get what I thought, and fixed an error on the document and sent me a new document. She even went ahead and thoroughly explained it all to me. That is the kind of service that will keep me coming back, and referring them to my friends and loved ones. 5 stars for this dealership and their team ! Now regarding the car, 2021 VW GTI SE in white. A beautiful car that came in near mint condition. My complaint here is for VW not this dealership. I am bummed that they took a standard item from the SE trim and replaced it with a below average sound, stereo infotainment system. My old 2015 GTI SE came with the Fender Audio Premium sound system with a sub woofer. Apparently only the top tier Autobahn gets that beauty. That's a real shame. I loved that system and I hate the sound of this new one. I will figure something out. Burlington VW did very well in my opinion. Very happy. I think they will treat you right.

Aj and Syed were phenomenal! My boyfriend and I walked out with the exact car that we wanted in a timely manner. The process was very simple and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is professional and friendly.
