Can't tell you how happy I am I took my car here to get service. We have a service contract that's from Toyota Customer Care that we had to take to a dealership to get repaired for a check engine light (P24D6, P0441, P04F0, all EVAP codes). Kevin Peterson, one of the service advisors, asked for the policy number and phone number to call and see if the EVAP system would be covered under the contract prior to scheduling an appt. Which made this SO much easier, since I would have no idea what parts or what information that Toyota would need. He went above and beyond, that was amazing. No other dealership (like Madison VW, for example, would just wing it on a prayer) would do that level of service, and that level of service is great. Everything got scheduled and repaired perfectly. Had a couple of things they recommended getting completed. I couldn't do everything at the time, but the documentation I received on what was recommended that needed to be done (transfer case fluid exchange, for example) was very helpful and thoroughly explained the information. Pricing for basic maintenance (oil changes, alignments, filter replacements, etc.) are priced fairly and aggressively to the current market. Nice to see that I won't have to worry about someone trying to price gouge me. Overall, great service team. Appreciated everything Kevin Peterson did. Would definitely recommend. Will also receive my future business.
I just happen to stop by Zimbrick Volkswagen in Middleton to check out the 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan and simply loved it, and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bobby LaBerge. He came outside in the blistering cold to meet me with absolutely no pressure. I am definitely coming back to him all the way from Sun Prairie when I am ready to purchase my new car. Great job!!
