He talked me through my options, showed me what else i could look at in my same price range, kept things transparent, and helped me figure out how to get the car I actually wanted instead of what I initially came to see. Didn't pressure me, plainly offered the options and even managed to get more of a trade-in offer for buying new instead of used but let me walk out that day because I prefer to sleep on a decision like this.
