2025 Volkswagen Atlas 2.0T SE w/Tech

Purchased my dream car from Brian who was very thorough and got me a great deal. Loved doing business with him. However, I was a little displeased when I got into the finance department. I agreed to a certain number of months for the financial plan however was dumped with an extended warranty and maintenance plan I did not want. So much for the down payment I made… no idea where that money went!! For the past few weeks I have been trying to get ahold of the finance dept to make this right and cancel the additional services - to no avail. I’m still fighting to get this resolved.

We were dreading having to buy a vehicle but this place took that angst away! Phil and Stephen were absolutely amazing and the deal I received was awesome! When I took delivery , the team made it out to be a very special experience!!!!!!! I recommend this place 100% to buy your vehicle from ! Teddy was a very sweet and kind person to help run cars for us and told us everything we needed to know about the vehicle when test driving ! Then I got a call from a gentleman from the dealership who wanted to know how my experience was and told me he would be my contact moving forward if I ever needed anything ! I am so grateful for such an amazing experience , they do make you feel like family ! Can’t wait to see Stephen again when I have my first oil change to see what he is wearing ! That sweet man has STYLE! Thank you so much to this team ! I appreciate all of you !

I needed to get an oil change before I headed out of town. I called ahead to see if I could do a walk in. The young lady said of course and shared the best time to drop in for service. I was greeted by my service tech Buddy. He shared the process and about how long it would take. He then escorted me into the waiting area the provided complementary beverages and a comfortable area to sit. It took approximately 1 1/2 hours but it went rather quickly . Buddy stopped in to share they were wrapping up on my vehicle and that they would wash it when complete. He also let me know which service attendant would be assisting me with paperwork and my keys. It was a great 1st time experience and I look forward to returning for future services.
