In late afternoon on October 23,, my car wouldn’t start and it wasn’t clear as to why. Justin from the Service Dept came to my car as he left work at 5pm, and he assessed it and found the battery was the problem. He jump-started the battery and told me he’d be available the next morning if there was still a problem. It didn’t start again the next day so he drove to me and jump-started it again so I could drive to the dealership. The Service Dept replaced the battery quickly and I was able to safely drive back home the nine hours to northern Michigan. Justin went absolutely above and beyond, and I am so grateful for his kindness and professionalism, and for the efficiency and expertise of the service department. Thank you!

Highly recommend Lincoln of Normal. We purchased our vehicle from them out of state and had a seamless transaction. Had a great experience with our salesman Dan Vega, he was very professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions. Overall a great experience.

Service was fast and prompt! Everyone I interacted with had a smile on their face and was ready to assist in anyway they could. The complimentary shuttle was a nice touch, as well as the coffee for if you choose to wait. Any maintenance items were explained thoroughly to me at my visit. Thank you to everyone there.
