Just bought a used Subaru and the TCV light came on. I called Subaru Service and spoke to Morgan. He quickly set an appointment for me. The car was fixed the next morning and he called to let me know. I asked if I owed anything and he said nope, Subaru is covering it. Overall, great experience and the gentleman was very polite.
Paul Moak's Subaru service team is outstanding. Our Outback had a warranty service issue and it was fixed same day. This Outback is driven by my dad, a hip elder gentleman, and the service department LISTENED to him...a nice change. Thank you for showing what "SUBARU FAMILY" really means.
