Our experience from start to finish was seamless. In an industry where it’s rare to find honesty and integrity, it was refreshing to work alongside these gentlemen. I had a fantastic experience at this Litchfield Hills Motor Cars! John and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the car purchasing experience was easy and professional. The LR4 I purchase had normal engine wear and tear issues and the cost on the issues began to add up. To John’s credit, he never came back asking to raise the price of the vehicle nor to have me off set the cost of the repairs. The vehicle was delivered with a perfectly purring engine. I saw on another review that there were issues with an LR4. The review surprised me as it put the blame on Litchfield until I read the reviewer brought the vehicle to an XPress Lube for service. Choosing to buy an LR4 requires technicians with Land Rover expertise. You will not find this expertise at XPress Lube. Ultimately, not the fault of John and his team. They are playing the long game and are looking for repeat customers and good word of mouth not a quick car flip. Take a look at their inventory. If you see something give them a call. You’ll be happy you did.
