I recently purchased my daughter’s first vehicle from Sam at DFW Auto Deals. I originally found the vehicle listed on CarGurus, and contacted him for more info. I live about 5 hours away from Dallas, and was really wanting to see the vehicle in person. Sam was very honest with me about the condition of the vehicle, and I asked if he’d hold the vehicle until we could get to Dallas over the weekend, and he agreed to do so. A couple of days later, Sam had someone want the vehicle, and was offering him cash. He contacted me, and continued to hold the vehicle for me. I was really impressed with his customer service and honesty. When we arrived to the lot, the vehicle was better than we could have hoped for, and my daughter is beyond excited about her first car. Thank you, Sam! I will always check with you first when needing a vehicle, and would recommend anyone do the same.
