Had to change the review for Love Honda, I have been waiting for 13 weeks for a $1990 refund of service contract I cancelled 2 days after my purchase. To be applied to my loan principal. Sean Walsh in Finance said he would take care of it twice now still nothing. Leah contacted me by phone after I complained via e-mail ( she thought I wanted a new car) she told me she would call me right back and it has now been 4 days. LOVE HONDA LOVES YOU WHEN YOU BUY! THE NEXT DAY YOU ARE IGNORED! I'm very angry and don't recommend anyone do business there. New update: called Honda financial, a representative there made conference call to Love Honda and managed to contact Jennifer in love Honda financial Dept. and she was able to fix the situation in a couple hours. Jennifer was a great help. Everything above happened so I can’t change that. However I believe it does not reflect Love Honda I believe mistakes were made. Jennifer in finance jumped on things and changed my mind. Thanks to her I changed review back to 4 star.

Ivy was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Not pushy like most car salespeople. We told what we were interested in and she sold us a beautiful HR-V.
