He and his staff were easy to work with and willing to give me a discount for a few minor issues that needed addressing. The dealership has some pretty nice used cars with a family type atmosphere. Great experience! The process was smooth and easy, the deal was done in a short amount of time, I drove the car before making the deal, Jerry explained all about the features of the car and the deal. He was above and beyond, now I can enjoy all the features of my 2016 BMW X4, I feel so good and confident on my purchase.
