2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302

I bought a Chevrolet Equinox from Ryan about a month ago. It needed a few repairs before I was able to drive it, and Ryan updated me frequently on the progress. Even though it couldn't be driven right away it still was a great experience. I will recommend RAK to anyone looking for a good used car that's affordable!

I have never purchased my cars from an individual dealer; I have always gone to the big name places. So, I was a little nervous when I found what I thought was the perfect car online and saw that it was at a small lot. I went to look at the car and it looked great. While I was looking at the car, someone else was on the lot to look at another car. They said that they only buy cars from RAK Auto because the owner is really honest and is willing to work with you on the price of the car you like or even help you to find a car if what you're looking for isn't on the lot. The car I was looking at, and later bought, is a Subaru, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the owner and his assistant are both master Subaru mechanics. As I was told, the owner, Ryan, was willing to work with me on the price and even installed some after-market things that I wanted like fog lights and a back-up camera for a very reasonable price. After I bought the car, I took it to a Subaru dealer in town to have it looked over and they said that it was in great shape. They only recommended the 60k service that Subaru recommends for all models. I called RAK just to let him know what they said and that I was going to have to service done. He said he had already done most of the 60k recommended service but to bring the car back to him and he would take care of the rest. The car is in great shape, inside and out. I could not have been happier with the car, the price, and the entire transaction. All that I can say is that this guy is the real deal and stands behind the cars he sells. I will definitely be back the next time I’m looking for a car. Thanks for a great car-buying experience, RAK auto!
