2008 Ford Mustang GT Premium

I had been car shopping and test driving used cars at various Dealerships. I saw a 2019 Ford Escape with low miles at Fox, and called the Dealership. Sales Rep. Brady Macomber answered my questions and set up a test drive. I drove it and liked it. The price was under the suggested NADA book price. No pressure deal. Several small requests were taken care of by the Dealership without hesitation. After our initial meet, every phone call was answered with my first name. The same with texts. I live an hour and a half away. Test drove on a Wednesday and drove it home the following Saturday. (My schedule) Very nice experience!

I recently purchased a used truck from Fox Motors. After 5 days and approximately 500 miles the truck malfunctioned causing a minor accident. This malfunction happened four times to two different drivers. Upon towing it to the dealer they could not replicate the issue. With very minimal time and effort they bought the vehicle back as it was (to me) unsafe to drive. At the same time I was able to purchase another used truck, all within 6 days. They even gave me a loaner while diagnosing the first truck. Thanks to Marty Schaub, Sue Perry, Steve Curtis and Tom Gordon for making what was a very stressful situation seamless.
