Saying this was the best customer service we've ever received would be an understatement. We stumbled upon Ol' Reds by chance while driving home to Minnesota from a family vacation in California when our engine unexpectedly gave out. It was a nightmare- we were stranded in an unfamiliar place with our four kids for a week. The mechanic shop we went to (also fantastic) recommended AL, and he truly became our hero. The only vehicle on the lot that would work for us just so happened to be my dream car. Al went above and beyond to take care of us and get us back on the road. Al at Ol' Red is awesome! I brought in my F150 in, in dire need of a vehicle to get home to Nebraska. Not only did he find me a great car, but he worked with my less than great credit and got me a great deal, with financing, that fit my budget.
