Mark Smith at Superior Chevrolet is an all-star! Very friendly, professional, and efficient. Those things matter a lot when you bring in a company fleet vehicle for repair, with a tight deadline to get it back in service. I didn't catch the name of the technician who helped diagnose the vehicle, but he was also fantastic to work with! He was very patient while we showed him the video we took a few days earlier of the issue.

Usually my experiences with the dealership are fairly good. But this time it was ehh. I had an appointment but was stuck waiting in my car well past my scheduled time. Also the system once you pull up is quite confusing. People who pulled in on the opposite of me, were serviced before me even though I arrived before them. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to get out of my vehicle or not because I was never addressed. Then after I was finally spoken to, I was told I had to pay over $1,000 just to get my car inspected after I told them my check engine light was on. And apparently this price didn't include the repairs. Which really made me want to go to someone else to get my car looked at. But thankful I stuck around because after the issue was found I was quoted a much more reasonable price for a simple fix. I just wish I wasn't scared with such an outrageous price in the beginning, because that can really deter customers.
