my first time working with a dealership and i’m so happy with the experience. chris was very patient and communicative. one unfortunate thing that happened though. on my way home after getting my vehicle the fuel pump broke and we couldn’t figure out why. luckily chris was willing to take it back to fix it for me :)
Every time i contacted Chris at Smith Family Car Store, he answered on a timely manner. Every question i asked he gave me a straight truthful answer. I knew everything about the car before i even came to look at it. He even went on to get the car inspected the day i came to pick up/ purchase the car. I highly recommend this great family dealership!!
