Even the my fellow customers obviously were happy to be there. Rick Reed assured me the no matter what issues we were faced with we would have a great outcome. Rick was exactly right he made me feel like I was going home with a new vehicle and nothing was impossible. He kept my interest with a list of possibilities, financial and mechanical. Little did I know the you Alfonso are the master mind behind all these unbelievable special vehicles on your Chevy sales lot. Custom ordered by you for people like me. Now you know when Rick introduced me to you for the first time and you started showing me these possibilities I thought it was not real but it WAS real. Ken in finance equally went beyond the human boundaries to make my purchase on my terms and flawlessly closed the deal. I've been working for General Motors Company for almost 50 years I've traveled the country and all the GM facilities from Canada to Mexico bought 50 or more of GM cars /trucks new and used, your organization is proof that there's always a better way and you've accomplished that. So much so that I am coming back Friday at 1pm to have $2,000 worth of accessories installed that I purchased with My Chevrolet points. I just brought my first brand new car there. They were absolutely wonderful easy. Going to work with Berry responsive to any questions or concerns after the buying. They reach out to you a couple times to check to see if everything's still going good. Or if you have any questions

My truck was draining the battery every few days. I got a brand new battery and it still died almost immediately. I drove my truck, after having AAA get it started, to Upstate Chevy. I had no appointment for service. The gentleman got it in for me and I had it back a few days later!!! I’m thankful for their support and timeliness especially as I did not even call ahead. I was worried I couldn’t get it started again. Thank you Upstste Chevy!!
